Useful Core Beliefs – Chapter 1

Beliefs are refractions of our mindset, like a prism. Together, they shape our behaviour.

They are at the root of the outcomes and circumstances we have.

Some beliefs may express our True Self authentically, others may distort that expression; they empower or disempower/limit.

It will need individual calibration what beliefs you feel are – and see their outcomes as useful and which form or wording of them you most resonate with.

Our highest value beliefs shall feel empowering, help transmute fear and doubt, keep us on our path of Self-actualizing and Self-transcendence and ever-expanding our embodied potential.

Depending on your personal choice what you want to focus on in this season of Life, you will know how to best prioritize the ones that are most helpful at this time.

In this day and age, with personal, local and global challenges afoot, mastering our Minds can help contribute to solutions that bring us individually and collectively forward, into a more positive direction.

Outdated structures and beliefs that perpetually wreak havoc need a wise and Self-aware approach so we can shed or transform them.

In the upcoming posts, we discuss Core Beliefs. The aim is to reflect, evaluate, choose and optimise the ones which serve you most as a Leader of any form and position – and therefore the planet.

In this first summary, we shall map out more examples of the empowering kind.

For more accessible practice and application, we then take an in-depth look at one or two at a time.

Start the experiment: see which ones from this compilation stick out to you already – even in these boiled-down, trimmed formats.

Which ones do you deeply resonate with? Which ones are intriguing? Which is rather negatively triggering (just yet)? Which in particular do you want to invest more energy into at this time? What do you want to understand more?

I am republishing drafts connected to the previous post , as they are much more simply structured and may be useful for quick daily Self-reflections.

  1. Lead by example.

  2. Life is happening for us.

  3. Love is the fabric of the Universe.

  4. We always do the best we can at any given time at our current level of Awareness.

  5. The Golden Rule.

  6. Internal locus of control.

  7. Navigate by Core Values. Improve Character.

  8. Growth Mindset: Lifelong learning. Silver lining.

  9. Yin Yang. Wu Wei. Flow.

  10. Balance. Heart-Mind Coherence. Intuition and Reason together as compass.

  11. Kaizen. Habits. Community impact for positive change.

  12. Practice makes progress.

  13. Everything is and isn't at the same time.

  14. Reality is perception-based.

  15. Personal Growth direct correlation to quality of Life and Leadership.

  16. Decluttered space, decluttered Mind.

  17. Within the realm of possibility.

  18. Infinite potential. Quantum approach.

I work with who I am and what I have right now. (This is good to counter the "Not enough" and "nothing is good enough" mindset which is too costly and its ROI is very low to minus territory.) - Transform into Growth Mindset rather.

More on that in the next one.

Until then I insert the summary in a picture like in the previous post:
